In Waterfords Gamestop on Saturday while I was there they received a few hundred and from the sounds of it quite a few branches got some but they had been old they wouldn't have them in time for Christmas or something.
GameStop issued a press release yesterday claiming to have got a big shipment of them in which they will be distributing to their 50 stores. From memory Walter is right - part of a bundle.
I dropped by gamestop a few moments ago. Not open yet and there's a queue snaking it's way round outside the shopping center. It's cold and pissing rain. Those people deserve their DSs and Wiis (I asked a few - it's either DS or Wii). I'll be passing by later.
I got my wii in cannes, and they were easily available in berlin last weekend. Perhaps one of the paris travellers this week can pop by a fnac? You can check their stock online.
Yes, pixenate snow, very nice - I need to reshoot that mugshot to have my head lower to fit the hat in. In fact, looking at the photo there are many reasons I need to reshoot it but that's one of them :-)
Back on thread - continental vendors don't seem to require the bundle purchase - they will try to upsell remotes and games but it is not a requirement.
@evertb let us know when/if you get one, but I'll keep an eye out up here in the meantime

GameStop are opening a store in ballincollig tomorrow. It's just down the street from me. I can pop in around 9am if you like.
